Wiper seal

Wiper seal is used on the hydraulic-pneumatic piston rod to remove dust from the external surface of the piston cylinder and prevent sand, water, and contaminants from entering the sealed cylinder.

At present, most of the practical wiper seal rings are made of rubber materials, which are characterized by dry friction. In this way, rubber materials are required to have particularly good abrasion resistance and low compression permanent deformation performance.

Classification

  1. Structural: rectangular wiper seal ring; chamfered dustproof sealing ring; foot dustproof sealing ring; J dustproof sealing ring; triangular dustproof sealing ring.
  2. Function: single action wiper sealing ring; double acting dustproof sealing ring.
  3. Shape: there is no skeleton dustproof sealing ring, and skeleton types dustproof sealing ring.
  4. Combination: single type wiper sealing ring, and combined wiper sealing ring.
